Can I track my order?
You can find your order by clicking "Find Order" at the top of this page. You will need the order number and the email you checked out with. From that page, you will be able to see what the status of your order is.
I ordered a couple weeks ago and still haven't received my order.
It generally takes about 3 weeks from when the store closes for us to order the products, decorate them, and then pack & ship the order to you. Chances are we are in the final stages of this process. You can use the "Find Order" link at the top of this page to track your order.
Can I order items that aren't on the store?
Our sales team and member(s) of your organization (often the coach) have worked together to decide on the products that are listed on this store. If you don't see a product here, unfortunately we cannot sell it to you. You can always reach out to us to do a custom order for you; however, there is often a minimum quantity associated with custom orders.
